We removed Built Up Roof (BUR) system, (tar and gravel), installed 4.4” ISO boards and cover board with 60 MIL TPO
We installed 7.25” EPS insulation, with 1/4” Densdeck cover board. The membrane over the top was Duro-Last 60 MIL PVC, mechanical fastened and heat welded.
We installed a liquid applied system on this modified bitumen roof.
